MacPorts Search

Last month, I created a Google Custom Search of the MacPorts websites: the project home, the guide, the wiki, the tickets database, and the source code browser.

I had suggested using it within the MacPorts sites to the project managers, but have not heard any response one way or other, so here it is.

Have you seen Porticus (v1.4) the Cocoa GUI for the MacPorts package managerFrom Richard Laine?
http://porticus.alittledrop.com/
Is it related to Pallet in any way?
Any opinion on its functionality?

Porticus and Pallet are not related projects, and they interact with MacPorts in different ways. Pallet development is actually on hold pending development of the MacPorts.Framework, a Google Summer of Code project.

My one real beef with Porticus is that it uses the Sparkle framework to update itself, and not MacPorts.
